Project Specifications
- The Project Engineer worked with the company to finalize the design, paint color, and quantities of two different cable reels.
- One set was 102” diameter x 54” spool width x 48” spool diameter and made from 5/16” plate steel with spokes.
- The second set was 60” diameter x 35” spool width x 20” spool diameter and made from ¼” plate steel with spokes.
- Both designs included an arbor for lifting.
- All components were cut, fabricated, and welded to exact specifications.
- All reels are painted a custom color and the company name is white stenciled on both sides.
- All reels were inspected by the Project Engineer and Plant Supervisor.
