Should have experience producing parts by setting up manual horizontal boring mills and vertical turning lathes. Should be comfortable planning and setting the mills and lathes by studying work orders, reading blue prints and using precision measuring tools for dimensional checks to tolerances. Should be able to work independently and will be expected to perform set-ups and fabricate jigs and holding devices as needed. Prefer candidate with at least 3 years of related experience and not be intimidated by large machines and or parts.
