Qualified CNC/Lathe Machinist

Plans machining by studying work orders, blue prints, engineering drawings, specifications reference planes, and machining parameters.  Able to program, set up, and operate CNC and lathes by entering instructions, including zero and reference points, setting tool registers, adjusting chucks, tools, etc.  Must be willing to properly document actions by completing production logs, quality reports and accept ownership for accomplishing new and different parts/job.  Should be able to work independently and manage preventative maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions, assist in the plant on other machines as needed.   Prefer candidate with at least 3 years of related experience and not be intimidated by large machines and or parts.
