Design, build, and install a 90″ OD x 45’ long rotary cooler. Project required modernizing a 1988 Finch design and drive system.

- Supplied replacement cooler with internal flighting.
- (2) floating pad mounted tires.
- Spring plate mounted spur gear.
- Discharge screen.
- Modernized existing drive system with new pinion, motor, and gear reducer.
- Designed and manufactured transition mounting plate to adapt new drive components to old drive base frame.
- Supplied with (4) new trunnion rollers with bearings.
- Manufactured new thrust roller heads and bronze bushings.
- Installed cooler and provided training.
