Project Specifications
- Supplied modernized replacement dryer with A36 steel shell.
- (2) floating pad mounted tires.
- AR400 abrasion resistant, bolt-in liner.
- Custom Finch flighting.
- Modernized drive system and converted from spur gear drive to sprocket and chain drive. This design change required confirming drive HP, torque, and drive ratios.
- Modernized base frame by retrofitting with custom trunnion pedestals for modern pillow block bearings.
- Provided site installation management, crew, and outage scheduling.
- Provided start up support to ensure proper operation of the cooler unit.
