Worked with our customer to update, design, fabricate, and install a complex 41’ mixer assembly with a new pivot bearing and shaft. Finch provided the installation team and had an engineer on-site to manage the installation and test the mixer. This is the second mixer we have supplied to this customer.

- Site visit and preliminary drawings.
- Provide final design drawings for customer approval.
- Fabricate 2-piece mixer assembly with flanged arms and pivot bearing.
- Provide all hardware.
- Remove gearbox, coupling, and old mixer assembly.
- Install assembly and replace gearbox seal.
- Provide rigging equipment, crane, tools, and confined space gas monitoring.
- Run test and receive customer sign off.
